Who We Are
The Licensed Child Care Association of Oklahoma (LCA) is Oklahoma’s largest and most trusted trade association for the child care industry. We are a collaborative community of licensed child care professionals, united in our commitment to supporting and empowering programs of all types and sizes across Oklahoma and beyond. We understand the heart and hustle of small business owners, leaders and early educators like you, who nurture young lives while building strong communities, and we’re here to partner with you to ensure your voice is heard and your work is valued.
You will soon discover that we aren't like other organizations. We are an organization of childcare providers and affiliated business which serve the child care industry. LCA is working for you, the child care provider, in the legislative and regulatory arenas without any other conflicting interests. Our focus is to increase high quality child care by supporting and representing child care businesses. We don't tell you that we are supporting you and then do otherwise or stay silent at a high stakes meeting. We believe that you have invested a lot into your child care business for the children and their families - and we think it's worth defending. You can count on us to always have your back. We like to network and have fun together while building businesses. The friendships you make will last a lifetime.
